Our flagship service allows you to present your case interactively. Documents and video can be associated with events on a timeline and you can quickly jump to a date to highlight events and exhibits. In trial, all documents and exhibits can be instantly accessed and displayed on screen. Unlike pre-built presentations, our real-time, non-linear access easily accomodates the uncertainties of trial.

Settlement / Mediation Brochures

Litigation Dynamics produces unique settlement and mediation brochures on a self-running CD-ROM. These presentations can contain documents, video, narrative, and photos. We work with you to distill your case into a compelling 15-minute presentation. Our flat rate makes these an affordable way to increase success before trial.
