Our media services are competitively priced and our fast turn-around ensured that your data are available when you need it. These services are ideal when used in conjunction with our Litigation Support services or when your staff is preparing a presentation. Our services include:

Video Conversion and Encoding

Video Conversion is the process of taking your VCR, MiniDV, Hi8, etc, tape and converting it for use in Sanction II or PowerPoint. This process takes the video on the tape and records it onto CD, DVD, or your hard drive. We support MPEG (1-4), Quicktime, Windows Media, and DV formats.

Transcript Synchronization and Captioning

Transcript Synchronization is the process of taking your Converted Video and synchronizing the transcript to it. One of Sanction II's GREATEST features is the ability to play video while the transcript follows word for word, a great audio/video presentation tool! Let the judge and jury SEE and HEAR you impeach your witness.

Document Scanning

Scanning consists of hand scanning documents into a HIGH RESOLUTION scanner. Some other companies can also do Document Scanning, although they will run your documents through a copying machine that has a scanner attached to it. The results are not up to par and are very noticeable once loaded into a presentation or trial software. We can provide black and white or full-color scans and will Bates stamp any scanned documents at no additonal charge.

We can perform the high quality scans that you need, and provide them to you on a CD-ROM that is ready to be imported into Sanction directly.

CD & DVD Mastering

If you use SanctionII trial presentation software, we recommend storing your data on a firewire external hard drive. However, if you wish to present using your own software or a DVD player, we can master and batch-produce any of our presentations and electronic data on CD or DVD.

Non-linear video editing

Litigation Dynamics can also produce traditional media presentations such as day-in-the-life videos or other video productions. Our editing suite is all-digital and we can put videos on DV, VHS, DVD, or prepare them for inclusion in electronic trial presentations.

Sanction II Clip Creation

If your office has someone who handles your trial presentation in-house, we can save your staff time by preparing video in Sanction II clip format. All you do is drag-and-drop the video database into your software and all the clips are ready to use!
