Select Sanction II Features

Note: These are only a FEW of the features that SanctionII comes with. With just these features alone you can see that this is the ONLY software you need to present your case, astonish your opposing counsel, jury, judge, and friends.
General Features
  • Tree and List Views organize items cleanly and clearly. View "only what you want to see"
  • Add Items by Drag and Drop from Windows Explorer or use Standard ASCII Text Load Files
  • Drag any item, range of items or selected items to any other folder in the case
  • Admitted Folder ­ tracks case items as they are admitted in court

Presentation Mode
  • Presentation folder allows user to select individual items and order them for single click presentation.
  • Toolbar controls allow user to select item from drop down list
  • Combine any type of item on split screen with any other type (document/video, document/document, etc.)
  • Move forward or backward through Presentation with single click
  • Found items can be added automatically to Presentation Folder during presentation
  • Locate any page of any document by typing only the page number
  • Barcode support
Video Clip Creator
  • Does NOT require a separate product
  • Create clips once and re-use or reorganize at will (changes made to a single clip change clip in all occurrences)
  • Accurate start/stop ranges ­ no need re-adjust a clip for different playback
  • Synchronized Transcripts allow for Clip list creation or instant page/line access
  • Multiple clips can be easily created to edit out objections or long pauses

Find Item
  • Powerful Find feature searches entire case, or selected categories
  • Search by any field ­ ID, Description, Exhibit #, etc
  • Match exact text or partial text
  • Search OCR Text for associated image
Image Annotations
  • Full Set of image annotation tools including highlighter, freehand line, straight line, text and image stamps
  • Tool settings customizable by size, color, etc.
    • Rotate images, swap screens , zoom in

Printing and Scanning
  • Print entire case, category, group OR only selected items.
  • Print Barcodes by ID, Exhibit # or Trial Exhibit #
  • Print customized reports based on user selected fields
  • Scan documents with any Twain compliant scanner
